Web Browser For Ipad

I'm looking for an alternative web browser for my ipad.

Currently I use the free Puffin browser but as from July it will not be supported on ios devices, only on Android.

Safari is the default browser for ios devices but it does not allow users to play Flash video content.

What alternatives to Puffin are there, please, that enable Flash content?

Zacs-Master - in my original post, I explained Safari "does not allow users to play Flash video content", hence my search for an alternative browser.
