Check that you've tried BOTH channel 12 and channel 37. (Quest was originally on Ch 37 but moved to Ch12. However it's gone back to Ch 37 on my Freeview TV after a recent retune).

If you still can't get it you've probably got an inadequate aerial. (See here for further explanation: https://www.which.co.uk/news/2018/05/have-you-lost-freeview-channels-this-could-be-why/ ). However you probably don't need a new aerial. You simply need one of these

and one of these

(After installing them you'll need to retune again).

I noted that the problem is only on the Humax box,if I use the inboard tuner of tv no problems.
Different devices have different 'sensitivities' (i.e. their ability to 'lock onto' weak signals) and different 'selectivities' (i.e. their ability to reject interference on neighbouring frequencies). Your TV has got a better level of sensitivity (and/or a better level of selectivity) than your Humax box has, which explains why your TV can 'pull in' the Quest signal but your Humax box can't.

I stand by my suggestion of installing a signal booster.

Humax web site says they have resolved the problem on the boxes which don't respond to the retune with a updated download to solve the problem.
