I-Cloud

This may sound a stupid question but here goes.... I take lots of photos on my I-phone & pay 79p a month to store them in "the cloud" as I was out of memory. How do I access these photos by my phone? I don't have a laptop & know very little about computers, clearly.

Download google photos free and store them there.
