Bt Can't Connect To Server

I have just synced all my photos to google with a second email address as I cannot change the email address I have in my phone settings. My photos seem OK, syncing on both my iPad and phone. However with my original email address BT is now telling me I can't connect to server and I am having trouble sending emails. I have checked my settings on both my iPad and phone, they both have the same email address and password, which is as I said different to my google photos email address and password... can someone please tell me what the trouble might be, is it something to do with the other email I have which syncs the photos on my iPad with my phone? Hope you can understand my rambling on, and I am not technical so easy answers please!

By the way I am trying to test this by sending a photo from my iPad to myself and an email from my phone to myself which both arrived ok. I can't send emails to anyone else though, they stay in draft on my iPad ...

Sorry just tested again.. Can send and receive emails from my phone but not my iPad .....
