Can anyone tell me how to change my Apple I/D when it won’t accept any password I use. The Apple I/D that comes up on my screen is an address which I do not have, but in order to change it I need the password, which I don’t have. All help appreciated. Thanks. Tel.
Agree with above, I have taken Ipad to Apple shop when I had problems, you may have to wait a while, but will probably need proof of purchase so they know it is yours.
you can livechat them too. If you have more than one email address, you can set up a second apple ID which may help if you can't live chat with them without signing in.
