Uploads To Icloud Not Showing On Ipad
14 Answers
I’ve had all my photos and files taken from my old laptop and uploaded to the iCloud on my iPad.
With some of the pictures and videos I can’t seem to see them and all I get is, “Windows Video” and a blank screen.
What do I need to download to enable me to see these old videos and pictures? TIA.

For instance did you purchase extra storage or are you using the free 5GB that icloud give? A photo album would soon use up this capacity. Do you have your ipad "synced" with the laptop? You could try this.
""Open the Settings app, tap on your account name at the top of the page, then navigate to iCloud > Photos, and make sure that iCloud Photo Library is enabled. You should also turn on the Upload to My Photo Stream option to see if that helps clear the problem.""
