This has begun to happen regularly for the last wo or three days. I try to connect to a site, say for instance AB and after searching for a while it comes up with 'server not found'. Sometimes I'll try again and it connects but mostly I have to wait a while. I've tried other browsers and it's the same. I've run the Network Troubleshooter but it finds nothing wrong. Any ideas?
Im running windows 10.

First off, switch off your Router from the mains supply and shutdown pc/laptop. After 30 seconds, restart Router and start your pc/laptop.

If it continues please come back.
as alice said, but shute down pc as well, wait mmm 10 minutes or so
reboot it all.
Power cycling your router (as above) is definitely worth a try.

Changing the DNS server that your PC connects to might also help:

(I use OpenDNS)

Sorry for the delay in replying. After posting my querie I closed everything down for an hour or so. When I booted up again there was my problem re-appearing! When it cleared itself I tried SlackAlice & fender62's solution. All seems well at the moment.
Buenchico, I've had a glance at your link. I may well give that a try. Thanks all.
