Hi

I receive a number of e-mails from the same source every day.

About a week ago they all started dropping into my Spam folder, and even though I mark each one as 'not Spam', they still go there.

Tonight I marked one 'Not Spam' and instead of shifting to my In Box as usual, it has vanished completely!

Any advice appreciated, thanks.

I think there is a way to add it to the safe senders list
Have you checked the deleted file, andy ?

I have thanks tony - it's not there either.
Lol
I have reported much spam over the last several months on this site. Mainly Keto.
As you are a moderator I often asked myself why I am doing your job for you.?

It's not 'my' job, so you are not doing anything 'for me'.

This Question is about spam on my personal e-mail account, it has nothing to do with the AB, so if you can't offer a relevant response, please don't clutter up the thread with your usual pointless sniping.
Good luck then. Sort it out for yourself or ask your techie mates on AB.
Spam I report normally gets deleted.

I have, that's what the OP is, and why you are not qualified to respond.

This is not about Spam on the AB, it's about misdirected mail to my own personal account.
oke doke I misread your post.
With any luck, clicking on it brings up a menu, then, as ff says, select safe sender option. Must be either the source of the e-mails are adding something that looks spammy, or they share a domain that now has a bad rep.
who is your e mail provider?
On my email (Yahoo), there is the option to block emails from any sender. I don't know if all email providers have that though.
I'm with Virgin and they zap much of the spam before it hits my inbox.

Andy, as the others have mentioned you should have a option to make the sender a Safe Sender. The other option would be to set your email filters to pass mail from this sender direct to your In box.
Which email provider are you using, Andy, and how are you accessing your emails? (i.e. are you using webmail, where you use your web browser to visit the provider's website, or are you using a dedicated email client, such as Outlook, Thunderbird or the Windows 10 Mail app?)
You could try putting the sender into your list of contacts

Hi Chris
I use G-Mail, and I simply access it through their site.

The mails I get are from an agency, and I have put the name of the agency in my Contacts, but it doesn't seem to have done the trick, so any help gratefully received, as always.
