Been trying to add bank account details to my Pay Pal account and I keep getting the message " we are unable to process your request at the moment please try again later"
Anyone else had this problem??

Check your emails (especially your spam folder). PayPal sends out an explanatory email in some scenarios that result in that message being produced on screen.

Also try clearing your browser's cache (or simply using a different browser):
