We have the above Avtex portable satellite dish and have blown the lead/box needed to locate the signal. Is there anything else we could use does anybody know pls ? TIA x

Google doesn't recognise 'Afq431', so I assume that you mean 'Aqf431'. i.e. this https://tinyurl.com/ryqpvx8

If so, I can't see any way of replacing the automated seek function. However you can use the sort of device that Sky engineers use with any type of satellite dish:
