I Have Kaspersky Internet Security

for my laptop, which i buy once a year, and mine is going to run out sometime soon, but for the life of me i can't find out when it does. Tried clicking on the Kaspersky icon nada, has anyone any ideas that might be helpful, tried ring them but got no where
usually i don't have a problem...

When you bring up the Kaspersky screen, is it on the "about" page option ?

i can't get the Kaspersky page... where do i look.

Just checked. Mine shows days remaining, bottom right of the Kaspersky window.

You click on it's icon, usually bottom right of your desktop

If all else fails wait for it to moan that you have only so long left to renew the licence.

i can't find the Kaspersky window. On the bottom left of the screen is the windows icon. I click on the Kaspersky part expecting the page to load, where it says tasks etc, but nothing happens.

i could do that OG, but think it runs out in Feb.

Oh dear. How about a double click ? Or a right click and select option ?

This issue is one of the common issues that users go through when they use these kinds of software but not to worry there are many helpful websites that help you to get through these issues by following some easy steps. So search this issues and I'm sure you can find the solution.

if the Kaspersky security package for 2019 has already run out, could that be why the icon won't open...

have tried all manner of ways to open Kaspersky to see when or if its time for renewal. Anyone know if it runs out you can't open the icon...

Unlikely. The date your license ends if merely the date your data stops being updated. The programme continues as before.

i haven't got the new package as yet, it should have been delivered yesterday, so Amazon are going to send me a new one as a replacement.
