Just joined the free trial - tells me that two users can use it - can one of those users be remote - ie I am in London and my Dad is in Belfast - I have given home my details but he seems to be having issues
Yes I use my daughter's account and she lives in London and I'm in Dorset (although not sure if NI would be OK?). I assume you've given him the password, what are these issues?
You've asked for help in the Technology section because your father "seems to be having issues", yet you haven't said what those issues are! We're not telepathic, you know... :-)
