Just joined the free trial - tells me that two users can use it - can one of those users be remote - ie I am in London and my Dad is in Belfast - I have given home my details but he seems to be having issues

Yes I use my daughter's account and she lives in London and I'm in Dorset (although not sure if NI would be OK?). I assume you've given him the password, what are these issues?

Jim F not sure what you mean - Prudie - I think the May be having issues with the password. NI shouldn’t really matter - still in the UK - just!
I know it is but occasionally I see things advertised that say not available in NI. Have no idea if that includes Netflix though!
You've asked for help in the Technology section because your father "seems to be having issues", yet you haven't said what those issues are! We're not telepathic, you know... :-)

Prudie - did you have to choose your own password?
No she had to and send it to me.
My daughter used my Netflix in ROI and I'm in UK.
Did you double check the information. If it is correct, try contacting Netflix at this link www.help.netflix.com or call 0800 096 6379. Let me know if this works.
