Kodak Esp C310 Printer Error 3513, Update Firmware
2 Answers
Hi,
Looking at a friend's printer that has above error, Printhead loose or missing.
New ink has been installed, I've removed the printhead & cleaned everything. Printer settings show current Firmware Version is RC4.2. Kodak help says to update the firmware, which I downloaded but didn't have an option to Save As so, not knowing what the file's called, I can't find it.
Even if I could find it, how do I update the printer ? Only have limited options when right clicking the printer in Devices & Printers under Control Panel :(

They only use it for printing the odd photo (that's apparently the problem, they don't use it enough !) & don't have access to a PC for that & the only one they found was a Canon but £100. I've found one on Gumtree for £9 ;) It's 30mins away though, so I'd better get going ...
