Recovering Old Emails From Outlook From October 2019

Which 'Outlook' are you referring to?

Is it the Outlook email client (i.e. the program that nearly all businesses, and some home users, have on their computers to enable them to access their email, irrespective of which email provider they're actually signed up to)?

Or is it webmail using Outlook.com as your provider?

(Only Microsoft could be stupid enough to use the same name for two entirely different things!)

Why do you need to 'recover' them? What have you done with them? Have you just deleted them? If so, have you looked in the Deleted Items folder?

Busy day yesterday hence the delay. Sorry.
Outlook as in hotmail.
I think i might have deleted a hotel booking back in october 2019.
But my deleted messages only go back as far as 1st january.

At the top of 'Deleted Items' there should be a link 'Recover deleted items' - what happen is you click that?
