Is It Possible To Do A Playlist From Spotify To My Amazon Echo?

I have Spotify as part of my Sky package , ive looked in All Devices but the Echo doesn’t show , I don’t really want to pay £7-99 to Amazon if I can help it

You will have to link your spotify account to your alexa account in the alexa app

If you have a Premium account, you can listen to Spotify from Amazon Echo. You just need to:
1. Set up your Alexa device using the Amazon Alexa App.
2. Go to Settings, then Music & Media, and link your Spotify account.
3. Tap Choose default music services and select Spotify.
