I have the above and I am forever having issues with it error messaging 6023 router problem, along with severe buffering issues during catch up. BT have been out replaced the box, but it’s still happening. Anybody had similar problem?TIA
You say that BT has replaced 'the box' but which one are you referring to? Is it the actual BT TV box or the white Openreach modem? This guy had the same problem as you and it was the modem, rather than the BT TV box itself, that needed replacing:...
Thank you, spoke to BT, appears there is a problem with the line again. Sending engineer out. It’s strange though, I have two Nowtv sticks which work absolutely fine!!
