My New Windows Tablet - Account Query?

On my Windows laptop when I log on there is a screen with a 'blank face' and underneath is written my name.

However - I have just set up my new Windows Tablet to exactly mirror my laptop but the screen says 'USER' instead of my name!

Have tried everything but it will not let me change this to my name as on my laptop.

Help please (in simple terms as I am elderly)

Thank you

The method you should use depends upon whether you're signing in with a Microsoft account or a local account. As 'User' is the default name for a local account, it's probably the latter. If so, use the Control Panel method here: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-account-name-windows-10-sign-screen

Thanks for that Buenchico - I have set up my name using the Control Panel (never thought of that!) as I do not sign in with Microsoft.
All ok now.
