What Is A .wb1 File

hi guys,what is a .wb1 file. I think it may be photos and if it is how do i convert it to .ph file so I can view them?

If you Google "wbi file" it says it's an ISO file used to store game data.

I followed your advice but couldn't get it to work but there was another option there, Reaconverter which did work. thanks
