Mobile Phone Won't Connect To Internet

Hi,
I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 & today it won't connect to the Internet, saying "Internet not available". Well, it is, I'm using it on the PC, the BT box works … Have switched it off etc, no joy. Any ideas ?

Assuming you've done everything in this video, I'm unable to help any further. Sorry, CW. I don't use a Samsung phone anymore. Hope someone else can help...

Thanks Stephen. I had tried all the suggestions in the video other than "Forget network". Also tried pressing the WPS button on the BT hub. Sorted it in the end by just switching the hub off / on ! Makes no sense to me as the PC & TV were unaffected but hey-ho … may be time for a new phone *groan*
