Honor 10 Lite Screen

I've got a Honor 10 lite, yesterday I changed the settings so when you pick it up the phone lights up and the locked screen comes on automatically - I've looked everywhere to turn the setting back off so the phone stays off until the press the side on button any ideas?

I have a Huawei but it's a P20, hoping the settings are similar, mine is Settings -> Smart Assistance -> Motion Control -> Pick up
