I canot recieve incoming calls on my mobile it seems to direct them onto the voice mail, I've tried everything that I can think of , any suggestions?

This is a network feature which can be activated by your phone. Assuming you've tried to adjust this from within your phone menu (it will be under call divert - select cancel all diverts then reset to how you want them) without success, call your service supplier and they'll be able to deactivate this feature for you.
