MSN 7.5 error 80048820

hi im really stuck i can't sign into msn i've tried:

• Updating the date and time


• Re-installing my anti-virus software


• Checking my firewall isn't blocking MSN


• My internet proxy settings are correct


• I cannot access my msn proxy settings


• I have all the correct files to run MSN 7.5

I am really stuck i can't even sign in to msn online without the page saying 'This page cannot be displayed' nor can i make a new account!

I get that quite often. I think it is something with the server. If i leave it for a minute or two then it works again. Sorry if thats not much help.
