Vcm Converter

Can anyone recommended a VCM file converter please ?

I've got FormatFactory but it doesn't do VCM files.

The VCM seems to be an Mod file created with Vice City Mod Manager; contains modifications that can be applied to the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (GTAVC); may contain custom vehicles and other information.
In other words, it's a real video file. I'm not sure if you type in the wrong file name. But you can try to play it with VLC or MPC-HC and see if it works.
In addition, you can try some other video conversion applications, such as HD Video Converter Factory Pro, Any Video Converter, Handbrake, etc. Good luck!
