Im stuck abroad 3 mths allready.
Wont get home anytime soon.
Bills to pay to virgin media. I actually want cancel my rolling contract now its up.....
Calls are not answered, no bloody email for them how convenient for virgin lol
On website their state volume calls high and due to quarantine there is no staff or something BS like that ( funny enough just read an article that super rich *** branson not paying his staff )
Anyway you reckon any bills might be waived untill my return.

My definition of 'a communications company' is 'a company that it's impossible to communicate with'! (BT is probably the worst but most others aren't much better).

Like many major companies, Virgin Media doesn't give out email addresses to the general public. (It's a security issue). However, while many other companies provide a web form as a substitute for an email address, Virgin Media doesn't.

If your enquiry relates solely to your mobile phone account, try a text to 07533 016 422 (which might need to become [phone] from Thailand).

If you're concerned about an account for landline, broadband or TV services, try a text to 07533 051 809 (or possibly [phone] from Thailand).

If you're on Twitter, you could always try contacting them that way (@virginmedia). In my experience, they don't like any sort of bad publicity and will probably try to help you to shut you up, which I imagine would suit you just fine!

You can't blame Branson. He doesn't own Virgin Media or Virgin Mobile. I got through to Virgin yesterday after a 45 minute wait.
