when I try to log into a site on Acer laptop I get a message to say I am not in the UK or Isle of Man. so cannot log in. .something to do with IP address..does anyone know how I can solve this problem please?

Start by checking where the IP address system thinks that you are:
https://whatismyipaddress.com/

We might then be able to get a better idea of where the problem lies.
