If you've got something labelled 'Samsung Micro Adapter' (like this:
https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51wo%2Bd3o2dL._AC_SL1200_.jpg ), then it's not a memory card at all (so it can't have any photos on it). It's simply an adapter that you can plug a microSD card, probably from a phone, into (like this:
https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51OktrkISOL._AC_SL1000_.jpg ) in order that you can then insert the whole thing into a standard SD drive slot. So, unless there's actually a microSD card already sitting in it, it can't hold any images.
If the 2GB TDK is exactly the same size though, it's a standard SD card. Many (most?) laptops have a suitable slot, as do some desktops. Otherwise you need a USB card reader. They're available on eBay for 99p, if you're prepared to order from China, or for just a little more when ordering from the UK. e.g.
