I bought this product some time ago, After i used it i started having problems with my pc, When i told the man who fixes all my pc problems what had happened he told me to stay away from these kind of products.

I'm sure that some will say that they have had no problems with it but i wont be using it again.

It's probably best if you have a vague idea what you're doing with it instead of following its recommendations blindly.
I use it and I find it useful but if in doubt I'd probably leave it alone.
Well the registry in windows contains all the essential settings for everything on the system to operate correctly, Some things about the way windows works can be changed to suit you if you want, registry mechanic allow you to access this data, BUT, BUT,. BUT if you change something vital without understanding what you are doing you can completely mess up your windows installation so that windows does not even start !! If you do not understand these settings then leave it well alone.
It's ok, I've had it for ages and it has a backup option before scanning so nothing will be lost, but....rarely use it preferring the much simpler and far superior RegSupreme - which also includes backsup.
you can use this one
