Can't Sign In To You Tube.

Can one of you clever techy types help with this please? I'm trying to sign in to you tube and have never had a problem. I signed in to it two days ago. It's asking for my phone number, which it usually does. I enter my number then receive a number back to enter, then I'm in. Now it's saying it doesn't recognize my phone number, so I enter my email address, which it accepts, but it then asks me to "Confirm Screen Lock". What does that mean? I enter my password, but that doesn't work. It recognized my phone number two days ago, but now it says it's invalid. Any ideas anyone? TIA.

Doesn't sound like the youtube I use. And it has never asked me for any personal details.

It may ask for phone to verify your account, but not to log in. Try resetting your password if it is accepting your email address

Are you able to sign into google first, then click through to youtube?
