Help Needed! How Do I Increase The Size Of The Font Of My Reply Emails !!!!!!

I have a new lap top from work
Twice now I have gone to reply to an email and suddenly the email I’m answering when I pressed reply SHRINKS into a rainy corner and I can’t read it
I think it’s something to do with the ruler on the screen ?
How can I get the screen back into the original size?
I need to answer work emails !,.

Which email client are you using? ( Microsoft Outlook? Windows 10 Mail? Thunderbird? eM? Mailbird? Something else?). Or are you using some form of webmail (where you access your mail through a website)?

Try adjusting and, if possible, locking the zoom level:

The slider setting Zoom is 10% When I open up customise status bar it won’t let me increase it ?
