Sanyo Vcr Power Loss
6 Answers
Hope someone can help me, i have a standalone sanyo vcr that has suddenly stopped working, no power. Tried fitting a new fuse but this had no effect. Can anyone help me to sort out this problem as my cable feed goes through the vcr channel?

If this is the case then it is usually the capacitors in the power supply that are "blown" and rendering the rectifying circuits(turn AC into DC to power the machine) useless. If the machine is showing that it is powered(lights on) then it is something that a technician with VCR knowledge needs to look at. Finding one is your problem ............ we are a dying breed.
