Payg Smart
4 Answers
I am with Boost for my electric (or have been) but they have now changed it to Smart but for some reason my change has not gone to plan and I cannot access my account etc. Luckily I have enough credit for a few weeks but my biggest problem seems to be I will no longer be able to top up online, which was my reason for going with them in the first place. Daft question probably, but can you use an APP with a laptop? Apparently I can top up with an APP but no idea where to get it from and think it is only on a smart phone.

Otherwise call 0330 102 7517, Mon-Fri 0800-1800 or 0900-1300 Sat, for help in getting things sorted out.
