Bird Nest Video Camera

My friend is considering getting her parents a bird nest camera for their Christmas present. They are both really into that sort of thing so wants to get them one that will stream the images to their TV rather than just take pics - is there such a thing?? Also, if it is possible can anyone recommend one that gives clear images, preferably with infrared facilities too. Her budget is anything up to �50.

looked at these a while ago, they higher budget than you want but you should be able to find all the parts cheaper than buying from here.

i'll keep looking too, have re-kindled my interest!!
