I have the impression that ten devices is a common reference number but you should ask TalkTalk for the correct answer.

A TalkTalk router can allocate up to 245 IP addresses, so that's the theoretical maximum number of connections. In practice though the number of available connections without a loss of signal quality is probably around 50.
