Log In Problem

I am trying to access the national lottery web site as I have an account..keep getting page with "this site can't be reached..server IP could not be found" ..can anyone help with this problem, please.. I usually have problem as website says I am not in this country, so I have to turn off security to log in.

The National Lottery site loads OK for me.
