Does anyone know of any problems with Amazon today? I'm trying to confirm the despatch of a book I've sold, I'm putting all my details in but the On-time Password doesn't arrive, neither on the land line or the mobile. If I don't tell them the book's gone, I don't get paid!
after looking up their number, found the live chat, there was a part where you can ask for a ring back, and yes they did eventually agree to give me a refund, but it took a while. i couldn't get through on the direct number that Chris gave me. it was constantly engaged.
