Do any of you have advice to offer on a 'keep fit' fit-bit' watch type of thing and what kind do you recommend. I'm not even sure what they are called but I am hopeful that someone will be able to help.

Usually managed to go out and buy presents needed but these times is different.

depends on what you want to spend, plenty of choice on Amazon, type in fit bit watches....

hope you get what you need. As i said it always depends on what you are prepared to spend. They vary quite a lot in cost

I have a Samsung galaxy gear fit pro which I am very pleased with.

round about £100 I thought as it's a present but could go to more if necessary.
