Sending Small Video Clip

I need an EASY way to send my wife (in hospital) a short video clip.

She is not technically very able (although far more than she thinks). So what I want is something she can click on (she has incoming emails onto her iPad) and play.

Nothing to be unzipped, converted, etc., etc. Just clicked!

I'd simply upload the file to YouTube and send her the link. (If you don't want other people to be able to view the video, set the video to private and include the password in your email).
