Login Problem.

I have a Beefeater loyalty card. It does not store the password. I have to change it each time I want to log in. I have sent several email to the customer help department. They don't seem to understand. They just send me another password to log in. I can't seem to make them understand that I can change the password myself. It's an odd one but it is a really annoying one. Can anyone throw any light on this ?

Maybe you could harness the ability of the browser you use to save the login name and password.
That may bypass the idiosyncrasies of the website

Oz means that most (all ?) browsers ask if you want to save details do you don't have to type them each time.
