Amazon Fire

My little amazon fire won't log into internet - keeps telling me to log in - which I have done - password and that but still won't log.

Will turning off my router help?

I turn it off at the socket.

Jenny, try holding down the on off button till it goes off. Wait a minute & switch back on, worth a try x

Hold down for about 20 seconds.
