Netflix Film Not Working

I’ve tried a few times to watch ‘El Camino’, the sequel to the Breaking Bad series but all I get is a blank screen with an inch or two or ‘electrical fuzz’ running across the top. When I run the movie forward or back all the scenes are there at the bottom of the screen as they are with every other Netflix offering - but when I press ‘play’ again I’m back to a black screen with a topping of ‘fuzz’.

I wonder if someone else would be kind enough to try it to see if it works for them? Failing that, any help and advice would be very much appreciated.

There were problems with that movie when it was released on Netflix Naomi. It would not load for some, and I think the fix was to log out and then log in again.

If not, switching off and on at the wall for a few seconds, usually resolves anything.

If that didn't work Naomi, it may be worth a quick scan through this. Particularly the anti virus programme advice.

Thanks all. We logged out and logged back in - and switched the television off at the plug. I’m
not sure which action actually fixed it so I can’t award a best answer but fixed it is! Whoopee! Many thanks for your help.
