pop up blocker

I now have two pop-up blockers running at the same time but they still get through!!!!!!! Is it impossible to stop them????? Any advice would be very welcome.

Its not a pop up blocker, but i use 'Mozilla Firefox' as an internet browser. Does the same job as Internet Explorer, and seems to reduce the pop ups by about 99%! Its seems to filter spyware alot better aswel!

To stop pretty much every popup (and almost everything else besides)

Get Firefox.
Install the extensions NoScript and Fasterfox. Noscript can kill all javascript and java if you so wish and Fasterfox will block any windows launching from Flash (which aren't blocked by default).

While you're at it, grab AdBlock - you can block pretty much every ad on the net.
