I have just bought the Epson ET -2570 PRINTER /SCANNER, I've installed in but the scanner is missing frim the icons, I installed it online as the CD was faulty and just spun, I have looked for help via the website but can't find it, no phone number or chat either, the scan to computer is fine but I need to scan from computer to the printer and I can't, any help wpuld be greatly appreciated

I tried that Danny but it sounds like an American number with a long drawn out tone?

Bednobs, I have just realised my big mistake as well I wanted some images for my brother of our late Mum when all I had to do was attach them via messenger or email, its a new Printer and i am finding my way round it, but thank you for your input

Do you mean that when you put up a photo on your device, and click 'print' nothing happens?

that's exactly what was happening APG but I tried the CD again, it worked and i reinstalled the printer again as there were some programmes missing
