Lexmark Printer

When faxes are received (thru the network) they are printed on the main printer, which prints them fine. When the user of the Lexmark E232 wants to print off an independent copy, the text on the right hand side goes off the page. I have changed all sorts of settings - To Fit page, Actual size etc. and where available, "Apply" the setting, also via Start/Settings/Printers and everything appears to be set correctly, but it just defaults back to the same old setting.
