I am unable to get into my e-mail (from December)

I went to order and item from a company but cannot remember the
password , so they said they would send me a new one to my email but alas I am
unable to get it.
I have telephoned the company (Argos) but it appears I am talking
to machines so cannot get talking to anyone to ask them to send me the
info to my mobile.
Help, please.

just reset your email PW and login again, you can do that in a few minutes why have you not done it since December?

Is that the only email account you have? If you try to reset you may need another email address to get the reset link sent to you.

Tora tora tora: I spent 3 months in bed due to neck
problems could not move, am pleased to be up an around.
Have just had CT scan and am going for MRI.

Tiggerblue I do have two email accounts same problem
