On Line Banking

Just started to have a problem 'fully' accessing my bank account via my PC. I say 'fully', because after getting through the security, I get to the home page where I can view my balances and see my recent transactions, but I can't view the statement or make payments. I just get a blank page (apart from the bank's headers and footers).
It all works well on my mobile banking app and, as I have just established, on my ipad but it's the PC where the problems are. Is there anything I can do to sort this out? I did call the bank helpline and the chap was very patient with me but no luck.
Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.

Arrods, in whatever browser you are using search for a different one. Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Vivaldi are a few. Open the link and there will be an ‘install’ or ‘download’ button.

Glad you're sorted, Arrods. Over time your usual browser gets clogged with all sorts of stuff you've added to it on purpose such as ad-blockers, password manager, and other useful extensions; also stuff you haven't added such as cookies (on the whole nothing to worry about). The browser memory can also get clogged (the cache).
It only takes one little thing to stop a website working properly. To find out if it is the website or your browser, using a different browser is a quick and easy way to find out.
Otherwise it is a case of disabling extensions, clearing the cache and cookies to try to find the problem.
