What Do I Do Now?

I accidently signed up for Amazon Prime and although I've cancelled it, it seems I'm still entitled to use it for the trial period .
I've received an email from them today which says this.

What does it mean, do I claim it ? TIA.

If you don't want to get involved with Amazon, ignore it. If you claim that credit reward, they'll think that you want to be one of them.
