My inbox tells me i have one unread message, but i cannot see it. Tries the usual scrolling down. Any clues as to how i can identify it? Thansk

Norton sometimes removes all data with a virus, the email then gets date sorted to a position before your very oldest. If not this, try rebooting.

Is it hotmail? can you sort your emails by date? if so just sort by recently received and it should be near the top. Sometimes in hotmail new emails get dumped right at the bottom of my in box (which has got 1200 emails in it - i know lazy so and so i am)
