Does Anyone Know Why This Might

have happened. Two things, in Microsoft Edge G mail had stopped working completely, all my folders said that there was nothing in them, now its returned for no apparent reason,
worse is the fact that the Web calendar i use regularly and input daily has lost half my dates/times, activities like sainsburys deliveries have gone.... I have a Dell Inspiron laptop and currently use Microsoft Edge for browser. Can anyone throw light on either problem.

i can re input some of the calendar items from memory, but i rely on this calendar for all daily activities.

Which web calendar do you use, Emmie? The GMail one?

By the way, try a different browser for GMail. See if that corrects the problem.

i did use Chrome and i get all my e mails there, but am worried about the calendar as i need it to keep me on track, as it were.

i only know it as Microsoft Edge calendar i think? its lost half of my dates, times, birthdays, that sort of thing.

sorry to be vague, i click on start button and there are all my data for want of a better word. a whole raft of windows , calculator, calendar, camera etc.

sorry, its rather new to me, but i keep an extensive diary in the calendar and half of its been wiped out.

Open the calendar, click on the three dots top right and click 'sync'

Do you use the calendar as is or is it linked to other calendars such as Outlook, Yahoo or Google?

No, emmie. Edge is Microsoft's browser. This is Microsoft Calendar

i thought it was just the Windows calendar, i don't know if it's linked to another.

i have no paper type diary, and have relied on this solely, so its a nuisance, especially where important dates, are.

concerned. its literally wiped my last month and a half away.
