Internet shopping - no goods - what can I do?
4 Answers
I purchased some DVDs from a site on the internet, the money was taken out of my account over a month ago but not received any goods. I've mailed the company but had no replies. There is no phone number or address which I believe is illegal anyway. What action if any, can I take? Is there some kind of Internet Trading Standards I can report them to?

- Always make sure that you have full contact details for anyone you shop from.
- If you purchase using a credit (as opposed to debit) card, your credit card provider should be able to offer you protection as well (more so if the goods cost over 100)
- Your local trading standards are your best bet
