Ebay photo listing problem
2 Answers
I have spent a great deal of time today trying to list items for sale on Ebay. Every time I try to add the picture - a message tells me it might take a few minutes, the blue box at bottom of screen moves about half way and stops _ I have tried with IE, Netscape and Firefox with the same result Has anyone else had problems today - its a special listing day- is it overloaded or is there something I may be doing wrong? Any advice would be appreciated

A possible cause of your problems might, however, be that the file size of your picture is excessively large. To check, right-click the file and select 'properties'. If the file is over 30kb then it's larger than necessary and almost bound to cause problems with upoads. (If the picture was taken with a digital camera, using the default settings, the file size will probably be somewhere between 500Kb and 5000kb. Use the software that came with the camera - or something like IrfanView - to reduce the file size to something more sensible).
